MG Midget and Sprite Technical - Brakes and Clutch fluid capacity

Hi, I'm changing to Silicon fluid during rebuild so was wondering if anyone knows the total fluid capacity to the nearest 1/2 ltr for the standard brakes and clutch on a 73 midget? Thanks Si

Not sure of the exact quantity however it would be very small.

The problem is how much will you effectively waste when flushing through and bleeding?

I would generally expect to use at least 1/2 a litre but would probably buy a litre bottle

I just had to refill my system after replacing the master cylinders. I use a vacuum type bleeder so some fluid is lost in the process and it took just under one US quart of fluid to refill the system.
