MG MGA - Headlight Wire Stone Guards
| I can't find the type of headlight wire stone guards that I remember having on an MG back in the sixties. Rather than the current clip on type, this type of stone guard was held in place by two thumbnail type nuts that fastened to screws mounted through the headlight rim. To drilled tabs from the screen fit through the screws and was secured by the thumbnails. Does anyone know if this type of stoneguard is still available? I may have purchased them from Amco. -M.S. |

| There also used to be a type with a hinge at the top, and a clip on the bottom. This allowed for easy cleaning. I have been looking for a set of these for a long time. |
