MG MGA - Putting MGA back on the Road

I have a V5 Rev.Sept/81 document for my MGA. None of the particulars have changed on the documents. Can anyone guide me what I need to do before I can legally take it on the road again

i am no expert but when I changed my engine size I found the easiest way was to write a letter or email the DVLA. They were most helpful and sorted me out without any hassle.
