MG MGA - Sump plug thread size

Has anyone got the thread size of the engine sump plug to hand?

Chris - If the sump is the same as the MGB, that is a sheet metal sump, it will be 1/4 BSP (Parallel threads). Let me know if you can open a Excel file and I will send you a standard thread chart the is quite useful for determining fastener sizes and threads used on our cars. Cheers - Dave
