MG MGB Technical - 77B wHIF-4 Air Filter

I have a 77B that has been converted to twin HIF-4's. They now have the flat pancake sponge air filters. I saw a converted car with tapered K&N's on it. The owner said they were much better than the pancakes but didn't remember the part no. Moss has them, but are more expensive. Anyone know K&N part no so I can order direct?

Hi Glenn, I fitted the tapered K&N - filters on my 77 B with two HIF 4 and still have the box. There is a number on a white sticker: 56-9320. I hope that this is what you were asking for. Perhaps you will have to change the carb-needles. The web-link is: http://www.KNFilters.com/
